Eddie Japan is a Boston-based cinematic pop band, performing independently and with Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member Greg Hawkes, playing the music of “The Cars”.

They have toured with The Motels, opened for The Fixx and Ultravox’s Midge Ure, have world-wide recognition for the song “Albert” included in the extremely popular video game “Rock Band 4” by Harmonix, received multiple nominations and won a Boston Music Award for “Best Live Act”, is a WGBH “Band You Should Know”, and won the time-honored“World Series of Boston Rock”, the Rock ‘N Roll Rumble. They are constantly writing, recording, and playing live.
